The pool is private and heated, set on a walled deck just off the ground level of the house - full sun through the afternoon, and quiet lit water after dark.

Underneath the house is a second living room in everything but name: outdoor dining and lounge furniture, a ping-pong table, a grill, and a hammock strung between the palms. Two golf carts come with the house for the short ride to the beach, about five minutes away.
